Xbox Live headsets produced by Plantronics

The line of Xbox Live headsets produced by Plantronics, which includes the GameCom X10, the GameCom X20 and the GameCom Halo 2 Edition, is compatible with the Xbox 360 for use on the next-generation Xbox Live service.
Keep in mind that because you won't be using the Xbox Communicator with the 360, there is no volume or mute control, but the three headsets we tested performed well on the default volume level.

Halo 3 comments from Bill Gates

January 10, 2006 - Around last year's E3, Microsoft's Chairman Bill Gates caused a stir among Halo fans when, in an interview with Time Magazine, he stated that when rival Sony launched their PS3 next-generation console, they would walk right into the buzzsaw known as Halo 3. After months of speculation and silence from Bungie, the Microsoft-owned developers of the Halo franchise, Gates has publicly backed off of his previous comments by stating that they were nothing more than "speculation."

Xbox 360 Microsoft Game Studios

The big American console manufacturer published Conker: Live and Reloaded, Fantagram's Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes, and snuck out Fable: The Lost Adventures for a bargain price in fall 2005. Microsoft Game Studios made the full transition to Xbox 360 and it's not looking back. Third parties, however, will follow a different plan. The Xbox has a healthy installed base of more than 21 million units, and companies such as Electronic Arts, Activision, THQ, Eidos, and Take-Two and others will continue to develop well-established brands on these systems. But don't expect to see brand new IPs (i.e. original game content) on Xbox in 2006. Expect a flurry of games such as Tony Hawk, Madden, the 2K series, and more annual games to hit the good old Xbox in its final year of real support.
